**Zero Stars** If I could give this zero stars I would. I only clicked five stars to be at the top of their reviews. Please save yourself from the biggest headache and DO NOT do business with this company. I could go on and on about the issues we dealt with during our time with them and now that we’ve parted ways we’re still not satisfied. We asked for our site to be taken down and they said they would. We checked and yes it was no longer online, fast forward a few months later and it is now back up and running. The reason we requested the site to be taken off the internet is because we were notified that our site was scamming people. ALL BAD!! "

I had a wonderful experience working with Jack and the rest of his team. They worked quickly and delivered a website and content that I am very happy with. I also love the logo they created for my business. I will be using their services again for future projects. "

I have had, without exception, the worst experience of my life in dealing with a company that builds new websites, and their name is Web Design Glory. Our initial agreement was for me to make an initial down payment of $100, with the balance of $300 at the time the website was given final approval, and completed. I was also told that the website would take no longer than two months. I paid the initial payment of $100 on October 7, 2025, and was asked to make two $100 payments during the time they worked on building the website. I should not have done that, as it was a breach of our initial agreement, but not thinking much about it at the time, I submitted the two payments of $100, as requested. Well, this past week I could still not access my new website on my Firefox browser, even though the company showed it to me on a Zoom call, as well as on a Chrome browser. In addition, they were trying to force me to use a terribly ugly menu format on my mobile version, which I said I would never approve. So, after dealing with this very incompetent team of developers, and their lead person named Aaron, I still didn’t have my website done according to my instructions, and I was constantly correcting the mistakes their developers continued to make. They finally corrected the mobile version amazingly within 24 hours, so I went back and checked every last little detail on their supposedly completed website. They had completely left out the necessary boxes for any customer to fill in their credit or debit card information on the checkout page. UNBELIEVABLE! Beyond all that, the 3D text on my headers were terribly pixelated, and they had never paid any attention to that detail. I demanded a return of the $200 that they had requested before the website was completed, and to take down my website. They totally refused the refund, even after I had pointed out the checkout page and text pixelation issue. I have missed all the major holidays for selling my designs online, so I have no idea how much I have really lost because of their incompetent team of developers, and their lead person named Aaron. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY FOR BUILDING A WEBSITE! DON’T WALK…RUN! "

Unfortunately, working with Web Design Glory has been an extremely frustrating experience. After my website was built, I was informed that my domain had expired and that I would need to pay a large fee to address it. I was then told I would also need to pay an additional fee simply to receive backup files of my own website. Throughout this process, communication was unprofessional and, at times, rude. Questions about ownership, access to my files, and justification for these fees were met with dismissive responses rather than clear explanations. There was no transparency upfront about domain control, hosting, or what would happen if I needed access to my site assets. As a small business owner, I expect professionalism, clear communication, and respect — especially when it comes to something as critical as my website. Unfortunately, this experience felt unnecessarily stressful and left me feeling locked out of something I believed I owned. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this company get everything in writing beforehand, including domain ownership, hosting access, and any fees related to backups or leaving their service. "
