Two issues found with the Validate Url algorithm:

1. A string is considered to be valid URL if it starts with www. even though it does not have https

• validateurl('/sitelet?url=https%3A%2F%2Fweb.archive.org%2Fweb%2F20260604055804%2Fhttps%3A%2F%2Fgithub.com%2FTheAlgorithms%2FJavaScript%2Fissues%2Fwww.google.com') // returns true
• validateurl('/sitelet?url=https%3A%2F%2Fweb.archive.org%2Fweb%2F20260604055804%2Fhttps%3A%2F%2Fgithub.com%2FTheAlgorithms%2FJavaScript%2Fissues%2Fgoogle.com') // returns false

2. A valid URL returns false if starts with www like:

• validateurl('/sitelet?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwwwdomain.com%2F') // returns false
