Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

PSRT has received several inquiries regarding PyPI dependency confusion attacks in the past months. Reporters often set a very short reply time (couple of hours). Matters of the press should be handled by somebody who is able to talk on behave of the PSF.

Describe the solution you'd like
https://www.python.org/ and https://www.python.org/about/help/ should link to a page that is clearly marked "press". The page should contain information for reporters how to contact the PSF for official press questions.

Thanks again @tiran! This sounds as a nice to have to me as well! @ewdurbin how do we usually proceed in such scenario? Should we add a new route/view/template in the repo or rely on a new Page object being created in our DB?
