Problem
Undeclared or under-specified dependencies can easily make npm-driven stuff break, especially downstream. We currently rely on intuition and experience to ensure correctness.
Noticed during review of #449.
Proposed Solution
Do one one...
- Adapt upstream tooling to our use cases.
- Build novel tooling if necessary

The files in elyra/tests/ are included in the Elyra wheel, even though they should not.

make release - Unzip

Elevator Pitch
Right now Jupyter LSP show it's suggestions on every period. I'd like to have a feature that only generates the suggestions when a hotkey is pressed. (Shift Tab, etc)
Motivation
One of my users asked for the feature.
Design Ideas
The label for "ignore extensions" could be improved: currently it repeats extension if multiple files of same type are selected:
Ideally it would only show each unique extension once to avoid blowing up the size of the context menu.

When a TF serving model returns a failure instead of a prediction, pass the failure string to the front-end for display instead of the generic http error we see now.
