This is a great feature I was looking for! However, the doc-string provides only an example for the tooltip text itself and not its behavior: How do we set its properties (permanent, sticky, etc.) ? Any help is appreciated |

Add support for tooltips in TimestampedGeoJson objects.
Currently only popup (i.e. onclick) is supported, this adds tooltip (i.e. hover).
Usage is by defining a property in the geojson called 'tooltip'
