建议 qv2ray://<订阅链接> 方式添加订阅分组，并自动刷新订阅。

我们可以考虑支持 qv2ray://add/subscription/?link=${encodeURIComponent(url)} 的订阅添加方式。
可能需要考虑的一个问题：需要对现有的所有订阅链接扫描一次，处理一下订阅链接重复的特殊情形。

难道不应该是qv2ray://subscription/add/?link=......这样的层级吗，先resource后action比较合理吧
