What happened

The projects would not built to the desired output path

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create new solution
  2. Add few projects
  3. Introduce a new configuration. Ensure it propagates to all projects
  4. Put a custom output path for each one of the projects
  5. Remove the 'Debug' And 'Release' build configurations from both the solution and project definitions
  6. Build from within the VS

Expected behavior

The projects' output is put according to the output path settings

Actual Behavior

The projects output is put into project-folder\bin\Debug folder
