    Description

      Since SPARK-22590, local property propagation is supported through `SQLExecution.withThreadLocalCaptured` in both `BroadcastExchangeExec` and `SubqueryExec` when computing `relationFuture`.

      The propagation is missed in `SubqueryBroadcastExec`.
