@modus/ionic-vue is not @ionic/vue so it's probably a good time to migrate that dependency

Before the full on switch, I'd like to implement the changes from downstream (before it becomes upstream), to be done in @modus/ionic-vue: ModusCreateOrg/ionic-vue#60

Updated to ionic/vue v.1.2.1 which sync with latest from @ionic/vue
