Status: blocked on implementation of prerequisites.

Objective 2 for the Ivy LS project is to show hover tooltips on nodes within the template, using information derived from the compiler's TemplateTypeChecker.

Achieving this goal requires a sequence of prerequisite operations:

1. [Ivy LS: API to access the component template #38352] The LS needs to get access to the template AST for the component.

2. [Ivy LS: Implement a hybrid visitor for AST traversal #38104] It must be possible for the LS to translate a cursor position in a template string into a reference to the template/expression AST node for that position.

3. [Ivy LS: Get a ts.Type from AST nodes in a template #38298] The compiler must be able to provide the ts.Type of a given template AST node.

Once the above operations are possible, the LS can wire them together and use the ts.Type for the current cursor position to display a hover tooltip (this integration is tracked by this issue).
