Currently there is no space between an icon and a text, see:

Proposed:

For "Bug report" and "Feature request" categories, when you use a template and open an ticket report page, the title says "bug report" and "feature request" (all lower case). Proposal: make it consistent with the titles of the section (first letters capitalized).
