    Creating distribution from scratch is way harder than leveraging existing distribution channels and is key to traction. Most crypto projects go after creating a totally new market. A far better approach - target adjacent problem areas to begin with, esp. traditional fintech.

    Matic is a reasonably complex system with multiple subsystems. This 👇 was implemented because network calls from Heimdall to the Matic contracts on Ethereum were causing consensus to break on Heimdall. Will be useful for IBC and inter-operability with other chains too!

    We just implemented PoC for side-channel🔥 It will allow Heimdall to validate external data like Ethereum contract state, Bor client headers verification. Since Heimdall is based on Tendermint, any chain using Tendermint can use the spec:
