I run the following command:
./darknet detector demo cfg/coco.data cfg/yolov3.cfg yolov3.weights
I get this message:
Demo needs OpenCV for webcam images.
I installed opencv using the folloing command:
conda install -c conda-forge opencv
And opencv is installed successfully. But I still get the error message.

For advanced *nix users, a push to PYPI does not really matter;
For mid-level *nix users, they can always refer to https://github.com/soimort/you-get/blob/develop/README.md#option-4-download-from-github ;
Seems that it's only WIndows users who's suffering.

I've been trying to debug several issues with networking configuration over the past few weeks, and I find it incredibly frustrating how much source code I have to read to understand the interaction between shell scripts, uci config, network config protocols, procd, netifd and ubus. The max-classes-per-file rule is enabled in rules/best-practices.js but there is no mention of this requirement in the docs. If this is a best practice, I'd like to know why.
