Cool app but they need to fix some erc20 tokens to show amount of coins as well as price. This makes... it hard to rely on the app as that is a small request. Also they need to address the issue instead of just saying they are working on it. Too many coins to be just working on. See More

This review is about MyEtherWallet Support Team. I have nothing to say about the MyEtherWallet websi...te which I consider clumsy and confusing.

Even though I read through carefully, and meticulously followed all the instructions, I still made mistakes (the whole process needs further refinements) during the creation of my account. I found myself, without knowing how, having one Private Key and two accounts, one for MyEtherWallet (MEW) and the other for MetaMask (MM). It took a total of 16 mails between me and the MEW Support Team, spanning a total of 7 days, to resolve the issue, and bring me out of the labyrinth I was in.

Even though the MyEtherWallet website is confusing and badly set up, their Support team is highly effective and helpful. The guy that handled my case, by the name of "Stephen", was very knowledgeable in the field and gave clear and intelligible answers to my myriad questions. He was polite and patient and displayed a high sense of dedication and professionalism, qualities that are rare in his area of employment. I congratulate him!

When I commended his effort in my final email with him a couple of days ago, he was the one who asked me to come here at Facebook and put in my good words, not even for him, but for their Support Team as a whole. That says a lot about him. I will encourage any of you facing any problems with your accounts to reach out to them. If you are lucky you may have him, or someone like him, to serve you. See More
