Your rights and duties
Use TDF only where you have the right to access, capture, store, replay, and share the relevant content. Do not use the product to bypass access controls, distribute content unlawfully, expose private data, or violate another person's rights.
You control captured content
DOSAYGO does not claim ownership of the collections you create. You are responsible for the source material, annotations, personal data, secrets, licenses, permissions, and recipients associated with each archive.
Opening or sharing a TDF does not grant rights to the underlying third-party content.
Product limits
TDF is provided for practical web capture and replay. It does not guarantee perfect reproduction, permanent compatibility, legal admissibility, regulatory compliance, uninterrupted operation, or preservation of every browser feature.
Do not rely on TDF as the only copy of critical, evidentiary, regulated, or irreplaceable material. Keep independent records and backups.
Commercial terms
These terms are between you and DOSAYGO, a Wyoming corporation, 9450 SW Gemini Dr #44162, Beaverton, OR 97008-7105, USA ("DOSAYGO"). The End User License Agreement governs Tree Player and Tree Grower; if these terms and the EULA conflict, the EULA governs.
Tree Player is free to download and use. Tree Grower is a subscription of $60 every two years that renews until you cancel, with up to three activations at a time on your devices. When your subscription ends, you keep using the versions released while you were subscribed, as described in section 2 of the EULA; only updates stop. Resubscribing starts a new two-year period from that day, and the time you were away is not billed.
Renewal, cancellation, activations, refunds (within three days of activation or of a renewal charge), suspension, and support are set out in the EULA. Payments are processed by Stripe. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, and disputes are handled as described in section 13 of the EULA.
