# Description If NPM publish fails, the issue reporting that will be automatically created. This PR mimics the one from a2a-python: a2aproject/a2a-python#1254 Additionally bumped the `release-please` version `v4` -> `v5` which resolves the deprecated node warning.

Follow-up for #1199, email notifictions on failures are not fired for actions triggered on behalf of the @a2a-bot.
This will create and pin an issue in case of
python-publish.ymlfailure.
