./.tmuxinator.yml: default project_name to parent directory name

It would be useful if one could omit `.tmuxinator.yml` `name` field to make tmuxinator default to using just the parent directory name, which is usually the project name.

Currently omitting `name` gives this error:

$ tmuxinator
Your project file didn't specify a 'project_name'
```
