module: add Action button (opens manager app), mention SukiSu Ultra; new launcher icon
 action.sh runs when the user taps "Action" next to FlutterTap in the Magisk/KernelSU/SukiSu Ultra/APatch module list -- the module manager shows that button automatically whenever a module ships this file, no module.prop flag needed. It just opens the FlutterTap manager app, so users don't have to hunt for its icon to change the proxy/target apps. Verified by invoking it directly as root: it correctly brings MainActivity to the foreground. module.prop's description now explicitly lists SukiSu Ultra alongside Magisk/KernelSU/APatch, matching the manager app's About text. Replaces the launcher icon (adaptive foreground + background) with Eduardo's hummingbird logo from C:\Users\eduardo.lopes\Estudos\android_icons -- extracted from the flat 512px source via a difference-matte pull (the background is a single flat color, so this gives clean edges with no color fringe) and composited into the same safe-zone-padded foreground layout used for the previous icon.
