Currently, the script editor [defaults to courier](https://github.com/imagej/imagej-ui-swing/blob/imagej-ui-swing-0.11.2/src/main/java/net/imagej/ui/swing/script/TextEditor.java#L602). Since we allow font size adjustments it would make sense to have a font selector as well.
