Add docker tags to get specific minor or major updates #572

I'm maintainer and author of https://github.com/schranz-search/schranz-search as Search Engine Abstraction Layer for PHP. Where I support redis search module.

The current tags in the docker hub aren't nice to use for libraries which want to test against a specific minor or major version.

There currently only exists:

• edge
• latest
• 7.2.0-v0
• 7.2.0-v0-<architecture>

The edge or latest tag isn't usabel for me as I don't want accidently get the 8 version. The 7.2.0-v0 is also not nice as I need manually always update to 7.2.0-v1, 7.2.0-v2, ...

So I would like if you could introduce new tags for minor and major version upgrades:

• 7.2 (minor)
• 7 (major)

For example Meilisearch did introduce this also lately to make it easier.
