We need an analog of the command
$value = $redis->rawCommand('GETEX', $key, 'EX', $ttl);
Only native without using the rawCommand() method.
$value = $redis->getEx($key, $ttl);
or
$value = $redis->getEx($key, 'ex', $ttl);
