I'm using string-view-lite v1.8.0, in a C++11 library I'm working on, and am getting warnings about "" _sv from Clang++. I know this has been fixed already (PR #61), but - it's been two years since the last release; many distributions now default to Clang++ 20 or later; and use of this library will trigger the warnings... so, how about a minor 1.8.1 release?
