CI runs just release mode, but locally you are more likely to run debug mode, these tests / methods differ their behavior:

DiaSessionTests.ValidateLineNumbers
DisSessionTests.ValidateMinLineNumber
StackOverflowExceptionShouldBeLoggedToConsoleAndDiagLogFile - fixed in #15461
RunTestsWithNunitAdapter
RunTestsWithXunitAdapter
DiscoverTestsUsingSourceNavigation
RunTestsShouldThrowOnStackOverflowException - fixed in #15461
