  1. Add regex fullmatch, wider numerics, float32, durations generators 

    Adds fromRegex(pattern, fullmatch), bytes()/shorts()/bigIntegers(),
FloatGenerator.asFloat()/floats32(), and durations(). Also fixes the CBOR
decoder to handle tag 2/3 arbitrary-precision bignums, which bigIntegers can
now produce beyond the long range.

  2. Add native java.time generators and derivation 

    localDates/localTimes/localDateTimes/instants parse the engine's ISO format
strings into java.time values, and Derive maps LocalDate/LocalTime/
LocalDateTime/Instant/Duration components to them.

    StateMachine/Rule/Stateful.run drive rules and invariants over the existing
span+generate primitives (mirrors hegel-go's RunStateful). Value pools

  11. Make coverage enforcement robust against stale jacoco data 

    just coverage previously ran 'mvn verify' (no clean) and the JaCoCo agent
defaulted to append=true, so coverage from prior runs accumulated in
jacoco.exec and could mask a real regression (a removed test still showed
100%). Fix both ways: set the agent to append=false (overwrite each run; safe
with surefire forkCount=1) and run 'mvn clean verify' in the coverage recipe.
Verified: removing a test now fails the check at 0.99 on both clean and
non-clean runs.

  14. Drop the vestigial 'conformance' framing; consolidate generator integ…

With the in-process libhegel engine there is no wire protocol to conform to, so
a separate 'conformance' suite is an artefact of the old protocol-based approach.
Rename ConformanceTest -> GeneratorBehaviourTest, delete the now-redundant
GeneratorSmokeTest (fully subsumed), and remove the 'just conformance' target.
Coverage stays at 100% (140 tests).

  15. Add RELEASE.md for the feature-parity changes; broaden .gitignore 

    check-release.yml requires a RELEASE.md when source changes; this branch adds
new public API so it's RELEASE_TYPE: minor. Also ignore editor/IDE/OS artifacts.

  16. Add jqwik-comparison.md: porting-oriented feature audit 

    Compares jqwik and hegel-java through the lens of porting existing
jqwik suites, weighted by common-case usage. Frames the API-shape
differences (@forall parameter injection, constraint annotations,
@provide methods, lifecycle) as deliberate, mechanical translations for
the porting skill, and flags statistics/coverage checking as the one
genuine feature gap of consequence to build later.
