This is a bit of a uncommon case, but was found by our fuzzers: ``` Unexpected spirv-val error: 1:1: OpTypeFunction may not take more than 255 arguments. OpTypeFunction <id> '5[%5]' has 256 arguments. ``` Sure enough, the [SPIR-V spec requires the number of parameters and arguments to be ≤ 255](https://www.khronos.org/registry/spir-v/specs/unified1/SPIRV.html#Limits). I guess we need to bubble up this restriction to WGSL.
