Repro steps

Actual behavior
Paket version 4.0.2
Paket failed with:
The framework restriction Paket.Requirements+FrameworkRestrictions+_AutoDetectFramework and Paket.Requirements+FrameworkRestrictions+_AutoDetectFramework could not be combined.
