What is the bug?
On many Windows devices with trackpads fitted, attempting to zoom causes the map to 'drift'.
This is due to an engine level issue in Flutter's Windows platform implementation: flutter/flutter#136029.
How can we reproduce it?
On a Windows device with a faulty trackpad, zoom to an area of the map using the pinch gesture.
Do you have a potential solution?
I do not believe this can be fixed in flutter_map.
I have attempted fixing this in the engine, but I've not yet found a solution. Any help would be appreciated!
