Description
Spell-checking does not work. No spell-checking indicators show up under the incorrect words. The spell-checking setting is also not preserved.
Reproduce:
- Run attached sample project.
- Right-click the window and enable “Spelling and Grammar > Check Spelling While Typing” in the context menu.
- Type something that is obviously incorrect like “sdfdsf”.
- Notice how it doesn’t show any spellchecking underline indicator below the incorrect word.
- If you right-click the window again and go to “Spelling and Grammar > Check Spelling While Typing”, you’ll see that it’s no longer checked.
If you follow the same steps in TextEdit, it does show spellchecking underline indicators under the incorrect words.
