Expected Behavior

Jar files contain licensing

Current Behavior

When I download the source and binary jars from Gradle, https://plugins.gradle.org/m2/dev/clojurephant/clojurephant-plugin/0.7.0-alpha.1/ , there is no licensing information in the jar files, either in META-INF/LICENSE, in the pom file, or in the source headers of the source files.

It would be great if the jars had the licensing in; ideally as the LICENSE file and a entry in the pom file.
