Minimum jquery version in nuget #23

Does this library have hard dependency on jquery > 2.x?
If not, could you please specify the minimum jquery version to 1.x(<=1.9.x) in your nuget package as most of the applications will still take some time to upgrage to jquery 2.x versions.

Thanks in Advance
