* Dropped support for PHP <8.3.

* Removed the deprecated `Beste\Clock` interface. Clock implementations now implement

`Psr\Clock\ClockInterface` directly.

* `WrappingClock` will throw an `InvalidArgumentException` if the given object doesn't behave like

a PSR-20 clock and will throw an `UnexpectedValueException` if a later call does not return

`DateTimeImmutable`.
