tools create returns a 404 instead of creating a new tool in the project #471

Not sure if this is a real issue or just my wrong interpretation of tool create, I apologize in advance if the latter.

I tried the following command:

basecamp tools create "Intervention Log / Journal" --source 6428743498 --in 33861629 -vv

The goal was to create a new message board in my project from the existing one.

Expected

A new dock tool is created in the project.

Actual

404 with the trace below:

Use basecamp api post "/buckets/<bucket_id>/dock/tools.json" directly with {"source_recording_id": <existing_tool_id>, "title": ""}. The source_recording_id field is required — other names (source_id, source_tool_id, clone_source_id) all return 400 with no error body.

returns 200 and creates a new (empty) Message::Board in the project.
