  1. Add streaming JSON/XML deserializers, ec2Query, Codec and ClientProtocol 

    - Rework ShapeDeserializer to a consumer/push model (ReadStruct/ReadList/ReadMap),
  the dual of ShapeSerializer; scalars take const Schema&.
- Streaming, no-DOM JsonShapeDeserializer (hand-written tokenizer) and
  XmlShapeDeserializer (offset-based pull scanner); CborShapeDeserializer reworked.
- QueryShapeSerializer: full nesting (struct/list/map, flattened, .member.N/.entry.N)
  plus ec2Query flavor via Ec2QueryNameTrait (capitalized names, flat .N lists).
- Codec (Json/Xml/Cbor) pairing serializer+deserializer, and ClientProtocol
  (restJson1/awsJson1.0/1.1/rpcv2Cbor/restXml/awsQuery/ec2Query) with content-type.
- Tests for all; full core suite green.
