patch-configure-disable-stdlib-mod-3.12.patch
Python 3.11+ has configure support for configuring extension modules. However, the functionality doesn't support all extension modules and doesn't easily support static linking of extra libraries (a limitation of makesetup).
This patch disables the configure-based module configuration and uses our auto-generated Setup.local instead.
