Optional dev helpers that call Graph directly (bypass MCP search and write confirmation).
Generic scripts — work with any tenant configured in .env.
They force AUTH_MODE=client_secret after loading .env. Set CLIENT_SECRET (see docs/entra_setup.md, Mode B). Interactive sign-in is enough for the MCP server and is not enough for these scripts.

Run from repo root:
