  1. Fix inferred roots for nested multi-salt storage types 

    Disambiguate assigned layout roots using the const parameter port when the value path alone identifies multiple roots. Preserve existing unique provider projections and root identity lookup.

Add semantic and execution regressions for nested StorageBytes with independent keys, clearing, and neighboring maps. Factory and Yearn V2 also compile without explicit salts. Layout evidence suite: 59 pass; the non-regular recursive effect-handle test fails identically on unmodified v26.4.1.
