Is this a regression?

No response
Description
In the example for map-info-window. If you use the infoWindow.open() with 3 arguments the text given will be shown
in the info window but previous content ("Info Window content" in the example) will render below the map.
This behavior only happens when you use the mentioned overload the first time to show the info window.
Reproduction
I didn't provide an external example because the example given under https://github.com/angular/components/blob/main/src/google-maps/map-info-window/README.md is enough to reproduce the problem with a small change to the openInfoWindow function.
Expected Behavior
The content of map-info-window should only be shown within the info window itself.
Actual Behavior
The content of map-info-window is shown below the map under the previous circumstances.
