When using attack command distributed among all targets, or even just at one target, a Magpie will fire at any target present before the set target, even if it means wasting its shot. When setting a unique target, it seems like the intended behaviour is that the magpie should only be shooting at that target while set, and not wasting shots on targets leading up to it (and then being able to not shoot the actual target due to a cooldown window)
I suppose that we could make it hold fire and doing group attack commands and such, but perhaps there is a way to make it smoother to use from the unit behaviour perspective?
