To generate c++ code from the grammar(sqlit3.g) you need
antlr 2.7.7. Download it from www.antlr2.org.

Either put the antlr.jar into your system classpath or
start it like this:
java -cp .:/pathto/antlr.jar antlr.Tool sqlite3.g
