[Feature] Please add inverse process #1

I see this tool converts LIRC raw codes to wav files via SOX.
Out of curiosity, how would someone do the inverse of this?
How would you convert *.wav files to LIRC raw codes?

Please add the inverse feature or a note how to do it in the readme.
