Hardhat doesn't currently support configuring profiles for Solidity tests, only for compilation settings. Hardhat should support profiles for Solidity tests - both in the global config and inline config. This would allow using different settings for Solidity tests when running locally vs CI/PR, etc..
For inline config only default profile is currently supported, but this should enable overriding profiles created in hardhat.config.ts (example: /// hardhat-config: ci.fuzz.runs = 1000).
