ci(examples): remove max-parallel cap — run full parallel burst
Revert the concurrency cap. Running all examples at once is intentional: it doubles as a load test of the createos-sandbox control plane. Failures under full parallel burst (503s, pause/resume latency, /exec blips) are a signal about platform capacity we want to see, not flakiness to hide.
