ci(examples): report example failures as warnings, don't fail the run (#29)
Examples run real VMs + paid external APIs (LLMs, S3, sandbox quota); a single flaky dep (429, LLM outage, play.min.io bucket purge) shouldn't red the whole examples run. The Report step still emits a summary table, a ::warning:: annotation listing the failed examples, and their full logs — it just no longer exits non-zero.
