Allow a sack to be worn

- Blind when worn
- Could go over a helmet, so its a wearable like blindfold or towel?
- Could be worn as helmet slot?
- Must be empty to be worn?
It seems like something I should be able to do, and provides another use for common sacks. Another source of at-will blindness is handy.
