there is an existing vscode plugin/extension which integrates a hxcpp debug mechanism into vscode (see https://github.com/jcward/vscode-hxcpp-debug).
It would be nice to integrate this into kodestudio so that the debug can also be done using hxcpp (i would assume most people are going to use the cpp target rather than the js target, and is only doing the js target for fast dev loop during development).
