feat: picture zoom stays on through menus and game boxes (boxes drawn on top, picture underneath); only cursor picks switch to the normal map

feat: the zoomed picture draws a cursor block the size of your square, behind the @

fix(helper): hide the terminal cursor while the picture zoom shows (it sat on a corner of the big @)

fix(helper): the screen holds still while a checkpoint or load restarts the game (no flash)

feat: picture zoom in smaller steps (1.25x to 4x); axes, cursor and clicks handle fractional sizes

feat: map zoom in Ghostty/cmux draws the map as a picture with truly bigger characters (kitty graphics protocol, Pillow)

feat: saves list (⌃G l): load any checkpoint or saved game, delete, prune, new game; after a death pick any checkpoint; snapshots are now called checkpoints

feat: ⌃G leader key for the wrapper's shortcuts (⌃⌥ was taken); weight, speed, god, luck, prayer, intrinsics in the panel; no crash when the terminal is narrower than the game

feat: Mac keys: wrapper shortcuts move from F-keys to Control-Option, Option+key reaches NetHack as Meta, search and helper write keys as ⌃ ⌥ ⇧

feat: F10 select mode copies a dragged rectangle; the game's status lines join into one in the panel

feat: in kitty, map zoom draws real scaled-up characters (OSC 66); other terminals keep character blocks

feat: zoom the map inside the TUI (wheel/F11/F12): squares become character blocks around you, axes follow, clicks travel; drop the --map split

feat: ./play --map: the live map in its own split (Cmd +/- zooms it), following you, with axes

feat: F2 is the fog of war: lifted it overlays the real level without touching map memory; back, you see only what you explored. Map sits under a 4-line message area; fix stale digits after 'you: x…

feat: region borders, drag to resize game/helper and legend/chat; messages stay over the map
