Required changes
- Top-left logo text: rename
Canton dApp → EVM Middleware. We must not use "Canton" in the product name — it implies we named the product after Canton, which is against regulation.

Extra to consider for production
- Audit the rest of the app/docs/metadata for any remaining "Canton" usage in product-facing naming (page title, README, manifest, meta tags, repo/package display names where shown to users).
- Provide a proper product logo / favicon and consistent app icon.
- Consistent app name across browser tab title, social/OG meta tags, and any footer/about text.
