Right now there is no ability to fully drop Newtonsoft.Json dependency for those who depends on Microsoft.Azure.DurableTask.Core since it depends on Newtonsoft.Json.
It would make more sense to split serializer related code into separate package that users will install separately depending on their stack System.Text.Json or Newtonsoft.Json
